Chermoula Murg Tikka
Chermoula Murgh Tikka has a herby taste due to the green ingredients that are the base of the Chermoula Rub used for marinating the tikkas. Once the meat has been thoroughly marinated with their rub, they are grilled slowly over coal or in a Tandoor. The special thing about the Chermoula Tikka is that it has a distinct freshness that perfectly balances the fats and oils of the meat. The marinade is made basically from fresh leaves of coriander and parsley and when they are served, they are garnished with a generous hand of coriander and lemon juice.
