Ambedi Fish Tikka
Ambedi Mahi Tikka is a Mughlia stylised sea food, drenched with masala and roast in tandoor. The common Singhara fish is marinated with different spices, roasted and then seasoned before being finally served. The fish is sliced into fine fillets that increase the surface for marination. The fillets are further divided into chunks for easier consumption. Along with great taste, the sole fish tikka is also well packed with healthy proteins. The Singhara fish is probably richest in nutrition among all flatfish.
